Topgolf may terminate this Agreement for breach of terms and conditions, or policies or regulations adopted by Topgolf from time to time. Additional venues may be excluded from any or all of the Subscription Memberships within Topgolfs sole discretion. If the payment preferences are set to auto-renew, the Primary Member must terminate the Subscription Membership no later than seven (7) days before the next applicable Payment Date in order to not be charged for the next billing cycle. Members may not share their mobile number with others in order to give guests access to their Subscription Membership benefits. Primary Member is responsible for ensuring that each Designated Individual complies with the terms stated herein, and Primary Member shall remain liable for the actions of each Designated Individual they choose to add to the Subscription Membership.
