Prior to joining the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, he worked as a project manager in the health technology sector. Her research focus is on V(D)J recombination in the rearrangement of gene segments to assemble intact immunoglobulin and T cell receptor coding regions. Essential educational services include supplemental instruction in anatomy, biochemistry and physiology, and other structured activities designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and academic outcomes for these promising students. She was on faculty in the departments of Psychiatry and Neurology at the University of Pittsburgh from 1989 to 1996 where she was involved in clinical work, teaching and research. In 2008, the graduate programs enrolled 160 PhD students, 189 students in master's programs, and 159 students in the Special Masters Program in Physiology and Biophysics.[1]. Shes currently the co-principal investigator on a clinical trial studying a medication to treat Huntingtons disease, and another studying a medication for tardive dyskinesia, a neurological disorder. Our faculty engage in the world around them, bringing their expertise to bear on pressing questions about the world.
